Some churches believe in gifts of the spirit being active today while others do not. Some people speak in "tongues" and are "slain in the spirit", while others do not. I think the fear is the wonder which is it? I believe it's the Holy Spirit that helps us conform our will to God's will.

Most times than often,I've seen some sects of churches believing in the gifts of the Spirit. But the problem being that speaking in tongues is for every believer. But I believe not, even the apostle Paul asked in his letters to the Corinthians: do all speak in tongues? The purpose of the Holy Spirit is to reveal the Big Heart of our GOD to us and help us in achieving it.
