You know in a way, i think your right. And it takes a perticular incident that brings us to the point where our lives come to a halt. Where we see our lives flashing before our lives. Take my struggle with pills for example. I expirimented with them for 3 to four months. It was nothing i planned, but looking back, i realized that it wasn't the right choice. Anyway, the night that i had gotten sober, i spent the night on the floor throwing up every five seconds. And yes, i am 2 years clean. God gave me the grace to help other people to overcome their struggle with drugs. While i was on the floor that night, i found God. And it was great. HE made me realize that i had the Grace inside of me to help others. I felt like he was saying, you know, i'm delivering you from your addiction, and giving you a career where you can share your story with teens and young adults. So to me, i saw my life flash before my eyes, and through that expirience God has given me the strength and the Grace and the desire to help others fight drug abuse.
