It seems impossible that while I am laying in my warm bed tonight, someone will die, frozen. As I search through my full refrigeator, someone will die, starved. The plight of those people seems so foreign to me. But when I think that those people are just that--people, I see myself in them. I picture myself having no home, no blankets, no where to go. I could so easily be them. No, I don't understand what many people go through, but when I realize that those people are just normal people with feelings, dreams, hopes, problems, it helps me realize that there plight is not so far removed from me.

I could be them.

I don't know why I have food and they don't, but I relize that in an instant, my food, my water, my home, my family, my friends, could be gone. You can't take any of that for granted. Those things are not a given for many people, and when I really think about it, they are cannot be a given for me either.

That is so true. I personally have been taking alot of things for granted. just yesturday I lost my car, my phone is off, my job..and i been sitting here all day crying, what am i going to do. I just realized and is thankfull that me and my children have a roof over our heads, warm beds to sleep in, water to drink, and a fridge full of food. Im just thankful for that much.

That is the very issue i have been screaming for years.The car uses gas ,it takes 10 litres of fresh water to produce one litre of gas.Gas is over a dollar a litre here in canada.The price of a bottle of water is MORE.....

The truth is we care about the gas prices ,so we can destroy the world.
NOONE HAS EVER REALLY CARED ABOUT THE PRICE OF WATER.

Water is the begining and the everlasting part of a plant called earth inwich we live.Without water death is the end result.This behaviour is abusive and compulsive .........How can it end!!

The facts seem evident ,no WATER no life.
