This message almost knocked me off my chair! Just last night on my way to Bass Pro Shop, yea, strange setting for a "GOD MOMENT" I know, but I was by myself and the past week's bad experiences led to a time of deep personal reflection, which in turn led to an even deeper examination of my life and my walk with GOD for the last year or so. At first I just felt all the weight of my "leaven" just crushing my spirit, one sin after another, poor choices I have made, my marriage, it just went on and on. I don't even remember pulling into the Bass Pro parking lot. Right there in front of a pontoon boat???? I prayed to JESUS, I left all of "IT" at the foot of the CROSS!!! Cleansed is not the right word to really explain my true feelings, but washed in the BLOOD I was, not at church, not praying at my bedside, but in the parking lot of fishing tackle shop!!!! OUR GOD IS TRULY AMAZING!!!!!! Get some alone time, let the HOLY SPIRIT do "HIS THING"( hey, I never went to seminary, not very theological I know, but you know what I mean!) and let your LORD, your SAVIOR, remove ALL your burdens, HE has already carried them for YOU!!!!! You can truly experience the PEACE OF GOD!!!!!

Am at the same point in my life especially being in a foreign country and trying to stay saved.It really tests the level of committment.
